Never prime walked-on surfaces; just clean and apply two coats of Porch & Deck Enamel, allowing 24 hours between coats to properly dry.
Even when repainting with the same color paint, all paints (exterior or interior), must receive two coats of any premium latex paint to ensure coverage.
